GENERAL SALES AGREEMENTS

Sales Agreements apply to any order on our website between NextOrient, registered at the Paris Chamber of Commerce – France, and the buyer. Filling in an order form on the website and confirming the order by clicking on " order " equals agreement in present general sales agreements.

1. Order

Your online order validation is runs as soon as we receive payment, you will thus receive an invoice with its sum and content. NextOrient is free to refuse any order without any justification. Each order by/for a customer is strictly personal et cannot be transmitted, even partially

2. Payment and rates

Cheque payments ans bank tranfers are valid. Rates can be changed at any time

3. Delivery and fees

Delivery is made by post at normal fares.
Delays are also the usual postal ones.

7.Patent rights and Buyer’s data rights

The Products Directory is the exclusive property of NextOrient SARL and depends on Patent Rights. The Directory’s sale fully authorizes its regular use, for the company or its staff excluding any transmissions, wether free or payable to any other company who order to NextOrient.
As a consequence, customers and/or the company guarantees :
- not to reproduce data and information used , even for free.
- Not to transmit them to thirds, wether for free or payable.
- Not to commercialise directly or indirectly some or the totality of it, as for instance exchanges.

8.Responsibility

NextOrient owes to the customer who’s made an order, by an obligation of means and not by results. . In case of judiciary responsibility is proven against NextOrient, damage owed by NextOrient will be limited to sums that have been paid by customers to NextOrient .
Any action directed against customers by thirds constitutes an indirect prejudice and does not open right to reparation.

9.Confidentiality

Information supplied by NextOrient are published bona fide, without guarantee or recourse against NextOrient.
NextOrient’s responsibility is not involved after data used by customers.

10. References

NextOrient has the right to use customers’ names as references in its communication , unless customers oppose it with a registered letter with receit proof sent to NextOrient.
